FIRSTLY: Parcel I-6, Section M-217, being Part of Block I on Plan M-217, City of Gloucester, registered in the Land Registry Office No. 4 for the Land Titles Division of Ottawa-Carleton, at Ottawa designated as Parts 1 and 2 on a Plan of Survey of Record in the said Office as Plan 4R-4710.

SUBJECT to the rights and easements in favour of THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF OTTAWA-CARLETON as more particularly set out in Instrument 179146 (assigned under 293553) (see 101976) as to Part 1 on Plan 4R-4710.

TOGETHER WITH a free use and right of way in common with all others entitled thereto, over, along, and upon those portions of Block I, designated as Parts 4, 7, and 10 on said Plan 4R-4170. As more particularly set out in
Instrument 394748.

TOGETHER WITH rights of way and/or rights of use for vehicle ingress and egress and for parking in, over, along and upon such portions of Block I, lying within the limits of Part 3, 6 and 13 on said Plan 4R-4710, as may from time to time be unencumbered by any building or other structure. As more particularly set out in Instrument 394748.

TOGETHER WITH rights of way or rights of use for vehicle ingress and egress for parking in, over, along and upon those portions of Block I, designated as Parts 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14 and 15 on said Plan 4R-4710. As more particularly set out in Instrument 394748.

SUBJECT TO rights of way and/or rights of use for vehicle ingress and egress and for parking in, over, along and upon those time to time be unencumbered by any building or other structure, for the benefit of those lands designated as Parts 3 to 15 inclusive on said Plan 4R-4710. As more particularly set out in Instrument 394748; and

SECONDLY: Parcel I-7, Section M-217, being part of Block I on Plan M-217, city of Gloucester, registered in the Lang Registry Office NO. 4 for the Land Titles Division of Ottawa-Carleton at Ottawa, designated as Parts 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 on a Plan of survey of Record in the said Office as Plan 4R-4710.

SUBJECT TO: the rights and easements in favour of THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF OTTAWA-CARLETON as more particularly set out in Instrument 179146 (assigned under 29355 (See 101976) as to Parts 10, 14 and 15 on Plan 4R-4710.

SUBJECT TO an easement in favour of THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF OTTAWA-CARLETON as more particularly set out in Instrument 354003, as to Part 9 on Plan 4R-4710.
TOGETHER WITH the free use and right of way in common with all other entitled thereto over, along and upon those portions of Block I, designated as Part 4 on said Plan 4R-4710, as more particularly set out in Instrument 394749.

SUBJECT TO the free use and right of way in common with all others entitled thereto over, along and upon those portions of Block I, designated as Parts 7 and 10 on said Plan 4R-4710 for the benefit of those lands designated as Parts 1 through 4 inclusive on Plan 4R-4710, as more particularly set out in Instrument 394749.

TOGETHER WITH rights of way and/or rights of use for vehicle ingress and egress and for parking in, over, along and upon such portions of Block I, lying within the limits of Parts 1, 2 and 3 on said plan 4R-4710 as may from time to time be unencumbered by any building or other structure, as more particularly set out in Instrument 394749.

SUBJECT TO rights of way and/or of use for vehicle ingress and egress and for parking in, over, along and upon those portions of Block I, designated as Parts 6 and 13 on Plan 4R-4710 as may from time to time be unencumbered by any building or other structure for the benefit of those lands designated as Parts 1 through 4 inclusive on said Plan 4R-4710, as more particularly set out in Instrument 394749.

SUBJECT TO rights of way and/or rights of use for vehicle ingress or egress and for parking in, over, along and upon Parts 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, and 15 on said Plan 4R-4710 for the benefit of those lands designated as Parts 1 through 4 inclusive, on said Plan 4R-4710, as more particularly set out in Instrument 394749.

THIRDLY: The remainder of Parcel I-5, Section M-217, being part of Block I on Plan M-217, City of Gloucester registered in the Land Registry Office No. 4 for the Land Titles Division of Ottawa-Carleton, at Ottawa, designated as Parts 3 and 4 on a Plan of survey on record in the said Land Titles Office as Plan 4R-4710.

SUBJECT TO the free use and right-of-way in common with all others entitled thereto over, along and upon those portions of Block I designated as Part 4 on said Plan 4R-4710, and more particularly set out in Instrument No. 394749.

AND SUBJECT TO a free use and right-of-way in –common with all others entitled thereto over, along and upon those portions of Block I designated as Part 4 on said Plan 4R-4710 as more particularly set out in Instrument No. 394748.
