dated the 18th April 1986, and SAVE AND EXCEPT PART 1 on REFERENCE PLAN No. 13 R
6752 by David T. Humphries, Ontario Land Surveyor, dated the 16th April 1986, which said Plans
were deposited in the Land Registry Division of Frontenac (No. 13) on the 24th April 1986, which
said plans form a part of this legal description.
