This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement
Part “A” - The work consists generally of the supplying of all materials, labour and equipment for the construction of a new Outfall Sewer along Rourke Line Rd. from the sewage treatment facility to just north of Caille Ave., new Storm and Sanitary Sewers from County Rd 22 to just south of VIA Railway, catch basins, concrete curb and gutter, road reconstruction, concrete sidewalk, grass / driveway restoration, joint use utility trench and installation of streetlighting infrastructure. A Part “B” Certificate of Substantial Performance will be issued once the remaining work, such as connection to existing outfall sewer and energizing of streetlighting is complete.
