This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement
Replace all fluorescent luminaires and controls on ground level with new LED luminaires and controls. Replace all existing HID wallpacks located around the exterior of the school with new LED wallpacks. Replace existing fan coil units with new variable refrigerant system controlled with new BAS. Replace numerous condensing units located on the roof with combined condensing units. Replace existing air handling luminaires with new square diffusers and eggcrate return grilles. Replace all existing ceiling tiles with new ceiling tiles, and disconnect and reinstall existing ceiling mounted PA speakers, exit signs, and fire alarm heat detectors in new ceiling tiles.
