This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement
Part "B" - The work consists generally of the supplying of all materials, labour and equipment for the construction of a new 600 mm diameter watermain with hydrants, air release valves and appurtenances on along County Road 22, including crossing of Wallace Line to the North and South of County Road 22. Work included but not limited to the installation of and monitoring shallow and deep monitoring points, horizontal directional drilling, asphalt restoration and site restoration. The limits of the work substantially performed in Part "B" extend along County Road 22 from West Puce Road to Wallace Line. The work substantially performed in Part "B" does not include the watermain crossing of the railway along Wallace Line or the permanent restoration at Wallace Line north of County Road 22.
