Part "B" - The work consists generally of the supplying of all materials, labour and equipment for the milling and paving of Victoria Ave from Thomas St to S Talbot Rd. including line painting. The construction of the multi-use trail from Thomas St to S. Talbot Rd. including reinstatement of driveways and topsoil and sod restoration. New sidewalk ramps complete with tactile plates. The installation of stamped asphalt crosswalks on N Talbot Rd. The installation, testing and commissioning of traffic signals and PXO system. Signage.
