The work consists generally of Phase 1 and Phase 2 construction for the supplying of all materials, labour, and equipment for the construction of new 400 mm dia. feeder main, 200 mm dia. local watermain, 1200 mm dia. trunk sanitary sewer (including two Microtunnel sections), 600 mm local dia. sanitary sewer, 1200 mm dia. storm sewer, Phase 1 project grading and restoration, base asphalt pavement on Intersection Road, and temporary surface asphalt on Intersection Road from Shawnee Road (south leg) to the east project limits.
