Fanshawe Park Road and Richmond Street Intersection Improvements from Richmond Street south of Jacksway Crescent (Station 1+595) to Richmond Street south of North Centre Road (Station 2+287) and Fanshawe Park Road west of North Centre Road (Station 4+652) to Fanshawe Park Road east of North Centre Road (Station 5+615) except permanent bike path line marking, concrete curb and sidewalk where temporary traffic signals or temporary streetlights exist, concrete sidewalk with sandblasted finish at the Fanshawe/Richmond intersection corners, plantings in boulevard planters, installation of bus stop furniture, installation of street signs, permanent traffic signal operation and removal of temporary traffic signals which will be completed with deficiencies.
