Description
FIRSTLY - All and singular that certain parcel of tract of land and premises, situate, lying and being in the City of Cornwall, in the County of Stormont, containing by admeasurement fourteen and fifty-two one hundredths (14.52) acres more or less and being composed of part of the east half of Lot Number 13 in the First Concession of the Township of Cornwall, now within the limits of the City of Cornwall, which parcel may be more particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the bearings herein are astronomic and are referred to the meridian through International Boundary Monument number eleven, Township of Cornwall.
COMMENCING at a standard iron bar found at the intersection of the westerly limit of Brookdale Avenue as presently widened by By-Law 347/67 for the Corporation of the City of Cornwall, which the southerly limit of the Canadian National Railway right-of-way which said point is distant nine hundred and fifty-eight and twelve one-hundredths (958.12') feet measured southerly along the said westerly limit from the northerly limit of said Lot 13;
THENCE - South 31 degree, 44 minutes east along the said westerly limit of Brookdale Avenue a distance of five hundred & eighty-four & twenty-eight one hundredths (584.28') feet to a standard iron bar found,
THENCE - South 9 degrees, 47 minutes, 30 seconds east a distance of one hundred & ten and eighty-five one-hundredths (110.85') feet;
THENCE - South 3 degrees, 07 minutes east a distance of two hundred and five and twenty-nine one -hundredths (205.29') feet to a standard iron bar found;
THENCE - South 17 degrees, 26 minutes west a distance of one hundred and one and sixty-seven one-hundredths (101.67') feet;
THENCE - South 25 degrees, 41 minutes west a distance of one hundred and fifty-four and sixty one-hundredths (154.60') feet
